With a legacy dating back to 2009, we've been the cornerstone of bartender education, offering the only in-depth study of flair and craft flair in the USA! One of our qualified instructors, Evgeniy Yakovenko, who is an official ambassador of the World Flair Association and the World Tandem Flair Champion at Roadhouse World in London 2018, is also a prize-winner and champion of numerous flair bartending and mixology competitions.   • Craft Flair Basic Level: Craft Flair Basic Level introduces you to the fundamentals of flairing, where fast, consistent, and stylish movements become your signature. Learn essential techniques to enhance your bartending skills and charm guests into tipping generously:
    - Movements with a bar spoon
    - Movements with a jigger
    - Movements with napkins
    - Movements with tubes
    - Movements with glassware
    - Movements with a muddler
    - Movements along the shoulder of the shaker.
    - Setting up basic and handing over fillings.
    - Movements in ligaments
    - Global trends in craft flaring
  • Craft Flair High Level is more complex but at the same time fast, consistent and spectacular movements with bar equipment, straws and napkins, which can be combined with other items. These tricks show the high level and professionalism of the bartender, help the bartender in his work and at the same time create style in preparing drinks and predisposing the guest to tip!
    - Advanced movements with a bar spoon
    - Advanced movements with a jig
    - Tricks with napkins
    - Tricks with straws
    - Advanced movements with glassware

    - Complicated movements for loading several different shakers

  • Working Flair Level is a spectacular, correct performance when a bartender works behind a bar with liquids, full bottles, combines bottles and shakers into connected movements and whole bunches, regardless of the shape of the bottle and the liquid inside. The bartender also creates not only a cocktail, but also a real show for the guests:
    - Special warm-up movements before training
    - Movements with shakers
    - Movements with full bottles
    - Movements with serving dishes
    - Choreography of movements
    - Psychology of flaring (how to properly present and use working flaring in a bar)
    - Global trends in work flaring
  • Exhibition Flair Level: this level includes practical and theoretical classes: complex elements of Working, Craft and Exhibition Flair. Creation of a show and competition program based on the score sheet (Competition Program):
    - Special warm-up movements before training
    - Movements with shakers
    - Complex demonstration movements with bottles with a minimum amount of liquid
    - Elements of juggling bottles and shakers
    - Choreography of movements
    - Psychology of exibition flaring (how to properly present and use it in a bar and during your bartender show on stage or in a bar)
